Hello, my lovely readers (woah, cheese much?) today I’m doing a tag, that I was actually tagged for! So thank you to Eram @ The Confuzzled Reader, you can check out her post on this here! So, without further ado, let’s get into my answers!
Okay, so is this a world record for the fastest time it took me to give a boring answer? I think yes. I genuinely don’t care, I like books for books, and that’s it.
Magic Born 100% but I genuinely don’t know why, I just like it that way, I feel like characters are more irritating if they earn magic.
ENEMIES TO LOVERS MAKES MY HEART FULL AND HAPPY EVEN THOUGH IT’S SUPER CLICHE. But not if they were like enemies to the point of emotional or physical abuse because that’s weird as hell
Hilarious banter all the way, I don’t need the stress of emotional ruin, there’s too much of that in my life with the amount I stress tbh.
Uhmmmmmmmmmmm, honestly, either of these things has to be done right for me to like them at all, but, the one I find myself liking more is probably love triangle, so we’ll go with that
I’m really bad at names and a lot of the time, I can only tell who characters are by the first letter of their name, so keyboard-smash works a lot better for my brain
As bad as it sounds, characters with dead parents are better, if a character has mean parents, they are usually a brat.
Ugh, neither! What’s even worse is a character with supermodel looks constantly calling themselves ‘plain’
As long as it’s done right, I don’t mind, but I’d rather an illustrated person than a model if that makes sense, so typography
I only really like hero-turns-bad when it’s a fairytale retelling for someone readers know turns out a villain, otherwise I almost always don’t like it, so villain turns good, especially considering my love for villains
Um, don’t ask me this? But, best friend can go because, chances are, the love interest is more prominent in the novel and I am, therefore, more attached to them. (Unless it’s a Sarah J Maas book, in which case KILL ALL THE LOVE INTERESTS)
Literally neither? But it annoys me more when badly-written books are published, I guess
I adore both to be honest, but heart-breaking endings are probably better because it shows how much I cared about the book
I think broken-spines on books that have been read and loved a lot is actually really nice, so that, I guess
Both of these get right on my nerves, but it’s probably morally better to be ‘golden’ than ‘bad’
And that is all the questions for this tag! Thank you so much for reading and I hope you enjoyed! Do you agree or disagree with me? Let me know in the comments! If you’d like to do this post on your blog, consider yourself tagged by yours truly 🙂 Thanks again for reading and I’ll talk to you all in my next post ❤
Most of your answers are different from mine 😅 Will try to do this once I publish my blog. 👍

I feel like I’d give pretty similar answers to most of these – I also really hate when a badly-written book is published, feels like such a slap in the face to the thousands of good authors getting rejections! Also your new headers are gorgeous!

First of all, your graphics are just so cute! Gosh, so clean and lovely, makes me so happy and relaxed to look at them ❤ (sorry if it's weird, I just had to say it!)
Secondly, TOTALLY agree with Enemies to Lovers – my favourite trope of all time (probably) and it doesn't much matter if it's cliché or not because I will ship it hard.
I'm a sucker for romance and friends are usually pretty forgettable/plot devices anyway so I wouldn't mind seeing them go.
I love villains and anti-heroes, not to mention a good redemption arc. But I can't say I mind heroes to villains either! I think bad writing would be put me off more than a bad plot, though.
Amazing post, Sari! Thanks so much for sharing ❤

I know, no matter what I’ll almost always ship it. I thought nobody would agree with me in the friends thing so I’m glad you do!! Thank you so much, I’m glad you enjoyed xxx
